90 MINUTE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Not sure where to start but you are ready to dive into planning? Say less my friend! During our 90-minute planning session, we will narrow down your event vision, wants, and needs and create a game plan of what you should work on first. We will outline areas of most importance and send you a guideline and custom mood board that will bring your vision to life!

DAY OF COORDINATION

We will be your guide through the whole process and will officially take over the day of the event. You’ve done all the hard work, so why not be in the moment and enjoy what YOU created 

​

  • Meet 4-6 weeks before event to discuss final details

  • Two coordinators/designers event attendance

  • Phone/email support leading up to event

  • One venue walk through

  • Coordinate day of vendor arrival and set up

  • Timeline management

  • Small decor setup (client provides decor)

  • Distribute final gratuities to vendors

  • Marriage license and gift management for weddings

  • Distribute items for grand exit

  • Up to 10 hours of coordination for day of

MONTH OF COORDINATION + DESIGN

Your day of coordination but with a month of unconditional support. We will  be your guide through the whole process and will officially take over 30 days before the big day. You’ve done the leg work, so why not hand it over and enjoy the masterpiece YOU put together!

 

Includes all details from the coordination package above plus:

  • Free consultation

  • Initial 60-minute planning meeting

  • Assistance with styling + design

  • Vendor and rental coordination 30 days prior to the event date

  • Venue layout for event

  • Decor setup (client provides decor)

  • Coordination of rehearsal for weddings

PARTIAL PLANNING + COORDINATION + DESIGN

You don’t need to do all the work on your own, let’s grab some coffee or margs and get this party started! We will provide you with the tools and knowledge to plan one heck of a shindig that is a perfect reflection of your own personal style!

  • 12-month detailed checklist

  • Monthly planning meetings

  • Access to preferred vendor list

  • Access to the Westward Design Co. decor inventory

  • Attendance to 5 vendor meetings of your choice

  • Timeline creation and management

FULL PLANNING + COORDINATION + DESIGN

We get it, planning is not for everyone! Whether you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or planning just isn’t your thing, hand the reins over to us, so you can sit back and relax. From sourcing vendors to custom designs, we handle all the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to. This package is for the client that wants to have opinions but no stress to tag along with them.

 

Includes all details from the two packages above in addition to:

  • Main point of contact for all vendors

  • Budget assistance and payment tracking

  • RSVP tracking and management

  • Unlimited consultation, phone and email communication

  • Attendance to all necessary vendor meetings

We know this is not a one size fits all situation. What if you want your event to occur in another time zone? Something completely epic that none of the packages above fit what you are looking for? Not a problem! Just reach out to us, and we will work with you to create a completely custom package to get you everything you want and more!
